This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Lead the design of programs, gather data, prioritize tasks, and compile initial classes and evaluations.
• Identify best practices, establish base requirements, create grading rubrics, and define associated program standards.
• Supervise the development process conducted by content creators and ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Assist trainers, instructional designers, and administrators throughout the implementation of programs.
• Engage in pertinent corporate programs and initiatives.
• Adhere to standards of professionalism, quality, corporate policies, procedures, security, ethics, and the values upheld by Solventum.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution along with five years of instructional design experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 11+ years of instructional design experience in place of the degree.
• A minimum of three years in designing and developing e-learning and instructor-led training (ILT).
• At least two years of experience in creating learning content for federal government projects.
• Five years of experience leading diverse projects across various functional teams or within specific areas of expertise.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen.
• Capability to pass a Government background check for a T3 Public Trust position.
• Proficiency in multiple course authoring tools such as Storyline, Camtasia, and AuthorIt.
• Experience in training trainers and developing training manuals.
• Familiarity with creating training for Solventum 360 Encompass software and related solutions.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Recent experience in designing for various learning environments, significant technologies, and platforms.
• Professional training in Adult Education, Organizational Learning, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
