This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Assist Federal Customer Support Managers in initiatives that contribute to the goals of the division and department.
• Provide direct assistance to Federal CSMs to ensure contracts are executed timely and in compliance with commitments.
• Organize, assess, and prioritize project and contract activities alongside the CSM.
• Aid in RFI and RFP submissions by collecting vendor quotes and information from field teams.
• Monitor post-award contract Service Organization deliverables within a central repository.
• Arrange contractual obligations such as Preventative Maintenance Inspections with operations and field teams.
• Facilitate work ticket processing between vendors and customers to ensure prompt accounts payable and receivables.
• Collect inputs from customers and field teams for Customer Support Plans and Install Base updates.
• Collaborate with Order Management to verify that data is complete and accurately entered.
• Conduct contract loading for customer entitlements of purchased service products.
• Order parts through internal channels, credit cards, or purchase order systems.
• Participate in weekly forecast and team meetings.
• Execute and deliver monthly or quarterly reports to customers.
• Develop internal and customer-facing documentation on contract services and best practices.
• Track Installation Agreement forecast dates and inform revenue-tracking personnel.
• Elevate issues needing management review, including customer satisfaction concerns.
• Collaborate with customer points of contact to gather support data.
• Associate's Degree or at least 3 years of experience in Lifecycle Service Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, Systems Implementation, Integration, LMR Sales, LMR Engineering, Customer Support, Cyber Security, Customer Account Management, Project Management, Public Safety, Military, or Technical Services Sales.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

• Strong proficiency with Google and Google applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office.
• General business acumen, including a functional understanding of P&L statements, risk, cost, margin, and revenue principles.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
