This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
β’ Create and execute detailed account strategies that promote long-term success, enhance client satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
β’ Establish strong connections with key decision-makers within the HHS and its sub-agencies (NIH, CDC, FDA, CMS, SAMHSA, and HRSA, etc.), which will lead to a broader customer base and greater market penetration.
β’ Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements, including Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
β’ Oversee account relationships through senior-level interactions, developing strategic sales plans and negotiating intricate deals that guarantee customer success and profitability.
β’ Remain informed about industry trends to suggest innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
β’ Over 6 years of field-based technology sales experience, particularly with Federal Civilian accounts such as HHS, NIH, CDC, FDA, and CMS.
β’ Profound knowledge of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal sector, especially with Civilian agencies.
β’ Established client relationships that you are prepared to engage in discussions to compete for their business.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and persuading prospects at different organizational levels.
β’ High proficiency in cold calling and creating customized messaging to initiate valuable conversations that highlight Paragon Microβs solution capabilities.
β’ Proven expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales methodologies to effectively address complex customer requirements.
β’ Resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented, able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass revenue and margin targets, successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
β’ Strong skills in relationship-building, with experience in engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
β’ Extensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEMs in areas such as data center, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace collaboration, cloud, and clinical IT.
