This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of and expand a designated portfolio of Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) accounts by driving upsell, cross-sell, and growth initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through regular face-to-face interactions and consultative selling approaches.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to pinpoint areas for growth, pathways for expansion, and competitive advantages.
• Promote the adoption of PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud by clearly communicating its business value and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple products while collaborating with Solution Consultants for technical validation and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Keep accurate sales forecasts and maintain a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce by utilizing the MEDDICC framework.
• Work in tandem with Customer Success, Product Management, and Renewals teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention over the long term.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in public sector and/or FSI sales, account management, or expansion roles within the SaaS or cloud software industry.
• Proven track record of managing a sales quota in complex, long-cycle federal sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to sell to and influence senior executives at leading FSIs.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for managing pipelines and forecasting sales outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
