This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Create and execute detailed account strategies that promote long-term growth, client satisfaction, and increased revenue.
• Establish strong connections with key influencers at the Environmental Protection Agency to broaden customer reach and enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to provide tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements, including Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
• Oversee account relationships through high-level engagements, developing strategic sales initiatives and negotiating complex agreements that drive customer success and profitability.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to propose innovative products and services that assist clients in optimizing their IT environments.
• Over 6 years of experience in field-based technology sales, specifically targeting Federal Civilian accounts such as the Environmental Protection Agency.
• Profound knowledge of Federal Government contracting and established relationships within the Federal sector, particularly with Civilian agencies.
• Existing client connections that you are prepared to leverage in order to compete for their business.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and persuading prospects at various organizational levels.
• High proficiency in cold calling and creating personalized messaging to initiate impactful conversations that demonstrate Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
• Proven expertise in solution-oriented selling and consultative sales techniques to effectively meet complex customer needs.
• Resilient, self-driven, and goal-focused, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing revenue and margin targets, successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, with experience in engaging key decision-makers and influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Extensive knowledge of leading industry technologies and OEMs in the areas of data center, network infrastructure, cyber security, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud solutions.
