FBS Full Stack Developer, React Experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Provides consultation on data projects of intermediate complexity, requiring minimal coaching and guidance, to comprehend design requirements and existing business processes to lead the design, development, and implementation of data products.

• Adheres to code management and integration with current architectural and data governance guidelines, requiring reduced oversight from leadership.

• Generates data building blocks, data models, and data flows for various client requests such as dimensional data, standard and ad hoc reporting, data feeds, dashboard reporting, and data science research and exploration with limited assistance.

• Develops business user access methods for both structured and unstructured data.

• Employs techniques like mapping data to a common data model, natural language processing, transforming data as needed to meet business rules, AI, statistical computations, and validation of data content.

• Converts business data narratives into a technical story breakdown structure and work estimates for scheduling or planned agile sprints.

• Projects will present increasing complexity but will require less guidance from leadership.

• Develops and maintains moderately complex scalable data pipelines for both streaming and batch requirements, along with creating new API integrations to accommodate heightened data volume and complexity.

• Prepares/cleanses data to enhance downstream reporting using Farmers’ standard visualization or AI/ML tools with guidance and feedback.

• Applies sound knowledge of data governance principles with limited practical experience.

• Executes mid-size projects and substantial tasks within set timelines.

• Formulates data project plans and executes them with some supervision. Performs additional duties as assigned.
