⛳️ Requirements

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and account management for regional markets.

• This position will oversee up to 500 employer accounts, each with fewer than 5,000 employees.

• Responsible for assisting, developing, and executing campaign marketing; including pulling or requesting mailing files, submitting jobs for production, and fulfilling all other collateral print requests.

• Supports the daily operations of the Local Market program and acts as the primary contact for execution.

• Customizes and executes marketing content, including the translation and co-branding of all materials such as direct mail pieces, emails, disclosures, and additional supplemental documents.

• Works collaboratively with client representatives to ensure that content is tailored for specific audiences.

• Suggests and delivers account customization requests to meet timelines and budgetary constraints.

• Monitors and tracks all communication tactics within CRM systems, including entering planned and approved mailing for the year, updating executed mail dates, adding notes on accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of all other account-related data.

• Evaluates campaign performance and provides recommendations based on the effectiveness of current communication strategies.
