Fashion Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Address product sourcing inquiries from the sales department, identifying optimal options from both local suppliers and international manufacturers.

• Assess suggestions not only based on availability and cost but also on product suitability.

• Develop and sustain a supplier database detailing which products are offered by whom.

• Perform consistent market analysis, examining brands, trends, and retail aesthetics.

• Recognize recurring product deficiencies and document sourcing insights.

• Assist in establishing connections with new international manufacturers and local suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in operations related to procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or buying.

• Background in American fashion and apparel.

• Capability to assess product suitability based on customer demographics.

• Strong research skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Proficient in working with data and digital tools, including CRM systems, knowledge bases, and spreadsheets.
