• Implement AI technologies to enhance and streamline business operations.
• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Conduct quarterly Power Circuit reviews to identify growth limitations across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement, with a keen focus on creative performance and retention trends.
• Maintain a strong grasp of fundamental fashion business principles, including pricing strategy, merchandising, and multi-channel distribution (DTC, wholesale, retail, marketplaces, etc.).
• Manage the senior client relationship; QBRs should link creative and campaign decisions to business outcomes.
• Coordinate efforts among paid search, paid social, influencer, SEO, email, and creative teams — recognizing that these functions are more interdependent in fashion than in most other sectors.
• Advise on customer retention strategies: repeat purchase rate, LTV by acquisition cohort, and loyalty mechanics.
• Oversee retention and expansion efforts; lead renewals; increase MRR.
• Develop multi-layered relationships with various client contacts to mitigate the risk of account disruption from a single point of contact's departure.
• Work daily in Iris and Nova; identify and address issues before clients become aware of them.
• Mentor and provide direct feedback to analysts and specialists.
• Maintain a Pulse cadence of 100%.
• 6+ years of experience in fashion or apparel marketing, either on the agency or brand side.
• Comprehends the interaction between creative strategy and media strategy — and has a perspective on which should take precedence and why.
• Proficient in the influencer and UGC ecosystem: adept at briefing, assessing, and scaling it without compromising brand integrity.
• Comfortable with DTC-first brands and knowledgeable about the economics: CAC, LTV, repeat rate, and margin by channel.
• Experience with Meta-heavy media mixes and the related measurement challenges — incrementality testing, creative fatigue, audience saturation.
• Familiarity with brands that operate seasonally and knows how to devise strategies that accommodate this factor.
• Proven track record of retaining and expanding accounts.
