This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers
• Interact thoughtfully with customers to identify their needs
• Perform research across various systems to resolve inquiries
• Offer clear and accurate information to assist consumers in navigating healthcare options
• Handle a high volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism
• Adhere to a predetermined schedule, including specified breaks and lunch periods
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Farsi
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Comfortable working with computer systems and Windows-based applications
