Family Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively cultivate lasting, positive relationships with parents while promptly updating them on students' academic progress, applications, and related matters.

• Acknowledge each family's concerns, preferred communication styles, and expectations; offer suitable guidance and emotional support.

• Respond and collaborate swiftly when issues arise, ensuring parents feel acknowledged and supported.

• Aid in connecting relevant support resources (such as courses, mentoring services, or external tools) based on shifts in a student's learning trajectory or newly set goals.

• Gather feedback and assist in refining service processes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase referral rates.

• Work alongside college advisors, former admissions-officer consultants, and program managers to ensure services align with family needs.

• When the mentoring team formulates admission advising roadmaps, school selection strategies, or application plans, promptly integrate and communicate family requirements and considerations into these strategies.

• Monitor essential data such as service completion rates, parent communication records, and student statuses; proactively identify service risks and coordinate interventions.

• Communicate family needs to academic research, curriculum, and operations teams.

• Facilitate the flow of information between internal mentors and external parents to guarantee consistent messaging and synchronized timing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher; preferred majors include education, psychology, management, communications, or related fields.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational services, customer success, project management, or high-end client services.

• Exceptional communication abilities, emotionally stable, capable of managing clients with high expectations.

• Strong project awareness and logical thinking; skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and consistently advancing progress.

• Proficiency in English, capable of communicating directly with overseas mentors or parents.

• An international education background or familiarity with U.S. undergraduate/Commonwealth study systems is advantageous.
