Family Nurse Practitioner – Weekends, Part Time Optional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual primary care through phone, video, and messaging platforms.

• Assess and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.

• Oversee ongoing care plans and conduct patient follow-ups.

• Prescribe medications and request laboratory tests as necessary.

• Provide education to patients regarding prevention and long-term wellness.

• Work collaboratively with a healthcare team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

• Record patient care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) credential.

• Significant experience in family practice or primary care settings.

• Preference for candidates with 5 or more state licenses.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.

• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with patients effectively.

• Proficient with technology and adaptable to new tools.
