Family Nurse Practitioner – MA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Providing patient care through telehealth visits, which encompass telephonic triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning methods.

• Collaborating consistently with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Leveraging your specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding virtual care to patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Within the last five years, worked as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment treating patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine context caring for patients of all ages (0+).

• Currently holding a license in MA with the capacity to acquire additional state licenses.

• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required).

• Current shift hours range from (6am-5pm EST, 7am-6pm EST, 8am-7pm EST, 11am-10pm EST, 1pm-12am EST).
