Family Nurse Practitioner – CA Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing patient care through telehealth appointments, which encompass telephonic triage calls, video consultations, and follow-up emails.

• Engaging in continuous education during weekly Clinical Rounds and through various other learning modalities.

• Collaborating consistently with both virtual and in-office colleagues through daily huddles.

• Leveraging your specialized clinical training to deliver outstanding care to patients in a virtual setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification.

• Currently licensed in California, with the potential to obtain licensure in additional states.

• Within the past five years, have practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for a minimum of:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care environment seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine context treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Availability to work afternoons and evenings (Current shifts are from 7am to 6pm PST or 11am to 10pm PST).

• Possess excellent clinical and communication skills, with the ability to adhere to established clinical protocols and workflows.
