This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create a secure, homely atmosphere for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Deliver non-medical care within the home setting.

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.

• Assist with mobility needs.

• Aid in meal preparation.

• Offer reminders for medication and appointments.

• Assist with personal grooming and bathing.

• Support with toileting and incontinence matters.

• Perform grocery shopping and run errands.

• Provide transportation services as needed.

• Ensure safety supervision for clients.

• Empower individuals to enhance their independence, acquire new skills, feel secure, and integrate into a family-like environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Residency in Middle Tennessee is required to join the program.

• A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

• Ability to pass a background check is essential.

• Entry-level experience is welcome.
