Family Manager – Household Manager, Private Home

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Mornings involve preparing the children and transporting them to a nearby school.

• Following drop-off, the Family Manager oversees the household — including laundry, organization, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and weekly scheduling.

• Afternoons consist of school pickup, hockey practice, music lessons, and assisting with homework.

• Dinner should be nutritious and truly enjoyable.

• Evenings could involve playing cards with the children or simply providing a steady and nurturing presence in their lives.

• The Family Manager is the individual who keeps track of upcoming events such as school forms, doctor appointments, hockey tournaments, music lesson rescheduling, and birthday party RSVPs — ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• They facilitate communication with the school and educators.

• When maintenance or repairs are needed at home, they identify the appropriate vendor, evaluate them, hire them, and supervise the work — delivering the results to the parents without involving them in the process.
