Family Law Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Providing clients with guidance on family law issues with compassion and professionalism

• Creating legal strategies that align with each client’s objectives

• Representing clients in mediations, negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings

• Preparing motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence

• Empowering clients through education and effective communication

• Working collaboratively with attorneys and staff to enhance processes and client experiences

• Delivering high-quality, cost-effective legal services

⛳️ Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association

• 1–5+ years of legal experience

• Excellent legal writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Access to reliable internet and phone services

• Strong commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and client advocacy
