Faith & Farming Network Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordination of Movement & Network Mobilization: Act as the main global contact for new inquiries; actively link regional leaders and practitioners to promote peer-to-peer collaboration.

• Digital Communication & Presence: Oversee and refresh the Faith and Farming website; curate and disseminate regular newsletters and social media posts to keep the global network engaged and informed.

• Facilitation of Online Events: Plan, host, and moderate regular global webinars, virtual training sessions, and community "roundtable" discussions.

• Management of Knowledge: Curate, organize, and sustain a digital repository of resources, training materials, and recorded presentations for the benefit of SIL teams, partners, and Bible schools.

• Data Management for Monitoring, Evaluation & Compliance: Ensure the maintenance of an accurate and secure database of global participants, practitioners, and regional hubs.

• Tracking Grant Metrics: Oversee the reporting dashboard to monitor key Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) metrics (e.g., attendance, regional demographics, and local action plans) as required by funding partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in communications, network coordination, or community management.

• Competence in basic website management (e.g., Google Sites), email marketing tools, and community communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack).

• Outstanding interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to host Zoom events for a diverse global audience while managing different time zones and varying levels of English proficiency.

• Strong writing and copy-editing capabilities, with a proven track record of simplifying complex theological or environmental concepts into clear, accessible language.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Theology, Agriculture, or a related field of study.
