
Factoring Account Executive – Carrier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with motor carriers to assist them in obtaining the necessary funding for business expansion.
• Engage in discussions to understand their current business circumstances and objectives.
• Evaluate if Factoring can enhance their cash flow situation.
• Acquire the carrier's payable invoices and provide upfront payment for their services before their clients issue checks, enabling collection of the full invoice value.
• Reach out to designated prospective businesses daily through phone calls, emails, and trade shows.
• Advise prospects on their financial requirements, offering expert insights and promoting Truckstop.com Factoring services accordingly.
• Maintain sales records for leads and prospects within the CRM database.
• Discover new potential clients, devising action plans and timelines to target specific geographic areas and industries.
• Cultivate a network of dependable referral sources.
• Evaluate prospective clients' Accounts Receivable and Aging data to identify suitable factoring solutions for their needs.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to develop tailored financial service proposals and contracts for potential clients.
• Work collaboratively to follow up on customer services and identify new service opportunities as required.
• Act as a sales leader to enhance sales strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
• Safeguard company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiar with office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, retain, and apply complex regulatory and factoring information.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are essential.
• Competence in Email, MS Office (Word & Excel), and CRM database management is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred, including skills in persuasion, communication, enthusiasm, and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Experience in transportation, factoring, financing, or banking is preferred.
