Facility Inspections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Apply GMR-specific procedural standards to thoroughly and accurately evaluate and inspect facilities.

• Capable of efficiently operating GMR-provided equipment, such as Light Meter, Measuring Wheel, Camera, iPhone, and tablet computer.

• Must be available to work 17 nights or days per month and travel by car or air 100% of the time.

• Tasked with inspecting facilities and accurately documenting data.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and concisely.

• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

• Responsible for arranging a portion of travel logistics, including air, hotel, and car rental.

• Manage business expenses and accurately track hours worked by entering time into the payroll system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clean driving and criminal history.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Prior experience as a physical security specialist, performing analytic crime, threat, or vulnerability risk assessments is advantageous.
