Facility Assessor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough on-site visual evaluations of Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE)

• If selected post-internship, travel to remote CONUS and OCONUS locations (25% monthly, potentially up to 50% depending on project requirements)

• Employ proprietary software tools to enter, verify, and maintain facility condition assessment data

• Create and validate work plan items, converting field-collected data into actionable work packages

• Guarantee data accuracy through systematic updates, validations, and comprehensive reporting

• Produce inventory condition reports and technical updates for facilities newly incorporated into the client portfolio

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Certifications in construction technologies, including NCCER, NICET, HVAC, Carpentry, OSHA 10-Hour, or BPI.

• At least one year of technical experience in performing assessments and analyses of systems and components related to facilities and structures within real property assets.

• Experience in creating detailed reports with actionable, engineering-focused recommendations is preferred.
