This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct on-site evaluations and manage both preventive and corrective maintenance across all studios within the designated territory.
• Ensure that vendor network work complies with CorePower Yoga standards.
• Achieve regional facilities performance objectives, including response times for work orders, completion of preventive maintenance, and studio compliance.
• Hold third-party vendors accountable while collaborating with studio managers on execution.
• Manage regional budget variances and address issues related to approvals, parts, and vendor coordination.
• Address urgent repairs and emergency situations such as HVAC failures, leaks, and equipment breakdowns.
• Record studio conditions, deficiencies, and repairs in the third-party CMMS platform.
• Assist with minor refresh projects and equipment installations, coordinating with Construction and Design for larger or design-related tasks.
• Oversee contractors performing specialized trade work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and flooring.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and brand representation across all studios.
• Provide insights on recurring issues, equipment lifecycle challenges, and opportunities for preventive improvements.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or general maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across an assigned multi-state or multi-market territory.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Comfort in utilizing a mobile work-order/CMMS platform to track and complete work.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal daily supervision while adhering to team standards.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in an active studio environment.
• Preferred: Experience in maintaining facilities in a multi-site retail, fitness, or hospitality setting.
• Preferred: Trade certification or formal training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Preferred: Experience in managing or coordinating third-party contractors.
• Regular local and regional travel within the assigned territory, up to 75%; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Flexibility to work hours that accommodate studio schedules and urgent repair requests.
• Capability to navigate through studios, climb ladders, access mechanical areas, and occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
