Facilities Project Manager – Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead projects related to facilities and maintenance, including renovations, equipment replacements, and upgrades to building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and supervise engineering tasks to guarantee compliance with relevant codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices.

• Promote effective communication and coordination across all disciplines and project stakeholders.

• Ensure that projects conform to building codes, safety regulations, and hospitality brand standards.

• Track project progress, quality, and compliance with established standards.

• Manage project financials, which includes precise invoicing and tracking of receivables.

• Collaborate with hotel engineering teams and vendors to implement on-site projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing facilities, construction, or maintenance projects (in hotels, commercial buildings, or similar settings).

• Strong practical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is highly preferred.

• In-depth understanding of engineering principles, codes, and industry standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).

• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
