Facilities Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supervise the planning, development, and implementation of designated projects concerning building and property infrastructure.

• Create and oversee project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource distribution.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ascertain project requirements, propose solutions, and deliver status reports.

• Address project risks and challenges, pinpoint potential issues, and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards throughout project execution.

• Assess project outcomes and highlight areas for enhancement.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Relay project updates and advancements to senior management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Seven years of experience as a Facilities Project Manager may be considered in place of a degree.

• Familiarity with construction projects involving banks, vaults, and financial institutions is advantageous.

• A minimum of seven years of experience in facilities management and construction project management.

• Strong understanding of commercial leasing, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
