Facilities Manager – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Assist Client Account teams in fulfilling their responsibilities outlined in the Management Agreement.

• Oversee service contracts, associated budgets, and tenant communications to facilitate operations.

• Execute special projects and provide relief for the Client Account Team.

• Carry out inspections and maintenance for mechanical, electrical, fire, and security systems.

• Manage cleaning and waste services, energy management, occupational health and safety, and supplier relations.

• Supervise Emergency Response, capital projects, and financial management, including reporting against budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in facilities management.

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Effective communicator with superb presentation skills.

• Experience working across remote locations.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• Preferred experience with FM software platforms.
