Facilities Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee facility projects for existing restaurant locations.

• Collaborate with Regional Directors to create systems and metrics for managing both new and ongoing facilities projects.

• Distribute Scope of Work documents along with initial project budgets.

• Implement projects while minimizing scope and cost creep, ensuring completion and documenting lessons learned.

• Maintain close communication with internal and external stakeholders to manage all consultant, contractor, and supplier agreements and contracts.

• Engage with Landlords, General Contractors, preferred vendors, etc. to assess projects, organize pre-construction walks, OAC meetings, and project closeouts.

• Coordinate with internal departments including but not limited to: Operations, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Purchasing, and Licensing to guarantee the completion of deliverables.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to issue Purchase Orders (POs) and process payments.

• Proactively communicate with both internal and external teams, as well as members of Leadership and stakeholders.

• Prepare job status reports for internal and external parties.

• Ensure quality installation and proper project closeout while managing project milestones, including forecasting and updating schedules and budgets.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in all phases of facilities project management is preferred but not mandatory.

• At least 3 years of experience managing service providers is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong capability to read, analyze, and interpret construction documents, plans, contracts, leases, and other job-related materials.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Solid understanding and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
