This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Lead and guide a geographically dispersed team of facilities management and engineering professionals across a wide-ranging US site portfolio.
• Manage CMMS administration across the region.
• Supervise facility condition inspections, assessments of building systems, and financial account records.
• Collaborate with Account Directors on maintenance and repair services, workplace experience initiatives, succession planning, and client support.
• Assess and monitor vendor performance alongside the utilization of preferred suppliers and contractors.
• Act as the primary regional customer liaison at client properties.
• Propel client satisfaction initiatives, assess service quality, address concerns, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Work with Site Engineering and other teams to enhance asset management and resolve work orders.
• Assist in the development and management of the capital budget while supporting strategic client projects.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management.
• At least 2 years in a director-level position.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant combination of education and professional experience.
• Proficient knowledge of facilities maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications infrastructure, furniture management, and building energy management systems.
• Experience overseeing large facilities maintenance operations and soft services delivery across various locations.
• Background in vendor management, contract administration, and lease portfolio oversight.
• Familiarity with expense management, budget creation and monitoring, and financial reporting for facilities operations.
• Proven experience in capital planning and execution of capital improvement projects.
• Strong capability in building and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills, including mentoring and talent development.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: experience in managing corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Preferred: experience with managing subtenant relationships and complex lease portfolios.
• Preferred: advanced skills in data analysis and data-driven operational improvements.
• Preferred: familiarity with lease management systems and processes.
• Preferred: FMP, CFM, or similar professional certification.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise-level CMMS and system optimization.
• Preferred: a proven record of surpassing KPIs in multi-site facilities management.
