This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee the Work Order System from start to finish, which includes evaluating service requests, recognizing duplicates, initiating new requests, and tracking supplier-dispatched work orders for compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Organize and schedule service operations at Postal Service locations while minimizing disruption to client activities.
β’ Deliver timely reports and ensure accurate data management for account processes, procedures, and metrics, including consolidation in Excel.
β’ Serve as the point of contact among vendors, account teams, and service providers to facilitate work execution.
β’ Address critical issues with a zero-target approach to controllable incidents and vendor-related service lapses.
β’ Lead discussions on vendor performance and assist in vendor quality assurance initiatives.
β’ Aid the account team with tools, platforms, processes, and procedures to fulfill service needs and stimulate new client engagement.
β’ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of Facility Services.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
β’ Proven track record of delivering outstanding internal and external customer service.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Strong organizational, management, and supervisory skills.
β’ Self-motivated with a robust capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
β’ Familiarity with standard business and accounting practices.
β’ Knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order system.
β’ Experience in vendor management and quality assurance processes.
β’ Understanding of service level agreement (SLA) management and compliance oversight.
β’ Background supporting large-scale facility operations or postal service environments.
β’ Experience in client-facing roles within facility management.
β’ Must be located remotely in Eastern or Central Time zones.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
