This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate live instruction sessions for participants in the Data Analytics program

• Offer weekly video tutoring and on-demand support for students

• Conduct quality assurance assessments, ensuring a minimum QA score of 80% or higher

• Provide high-quality responses that adhere to academic standards during live interactions

• Evaluate mentor session materials against updated internal guidelines

• Deliver structured feedback on externally sourced academic content across varying difficulty levels

• Assist students with on-demand video explanations and interactive Q&A sessions

• Engage in community initiatives that foster learner success

• Recognize learner knowledge gaps and communicate insights to team leads

• Train and mentor MNEs during their initial 90 days of onboarding

• Offer continuous process support to MNEs in their daily academic tasks

• Collaborate with mentors and academic teams to enhance delivery quality

• Recommend improvements to activity guidelines, internal processes, and learning workflows

• Suggest curriculum updates and new course offerings that align with market demand

• Monitor academic workload and propose shift redistributions when necessary

• Prepare contribution reports assessing SME academic effectiveness, live support engagement, and quality

• Curate emerging analytics tools, datasets, and workflows pertinent to Data Analytics programs

• Assess video support interactions, quality of live lesson delivery, and tutoring responses based on QA standards

• Present organized insights and recommendations for enhancing processes and academic delivery effectiveness

• Enhance instructional delivery frameworks, learner engagement strategies, and the quality of academic support

• Ensure curriculum alignment with the evolving expectations of the data analytics industry and hiring trends

• Identify opportunities to enhance learner experiences across analytics learning pathways

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3+ years of relevant industry and/or teaching experience in Data Analytics or related fields

• Strong practical experience with contemporary analytics workflows and business data interpretation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas preferred

• B.Tech / BE / BSc / MSc / M.Tech in a related field

• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education

• Comprehensive understanding of data analysis fundamentals, data retrieval and querying, data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis

• Proficient in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Python, and PostgreSQL at an industry level

• Familiarity with statistical analysis basics, experimental design, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing methodologies

• Capability to interpret data for informed business decision-making

• Ability to convey business insights derived from datasets and create structured dashboards and reports

• Skill in crafting effective visual storytelling using analytics tools

• Proficiency in translating analytical results into actionable recommendations

• Hands-on experience in data extraction workflows, data cleaning processes, dataset transformation techniques, and structured reporting

• Strong communication skills for teaching US-based learners

• Experience in conducting sessions via Zoom or similar virtual learning platforms

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Capacity to explain complex analytical topics clearly without excessive jargon

• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English

• Willingness to work rotational shifts and take time off according to business needs

• Ability to mentor junior experts and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving academic quality

• Certifications in Data Analytics / Data Science / Business Analytics are preferred

• Preference will be given to PhD holders or candidates currently pursuing a PhD
