Facets Solution Architect – SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architectural design and execution of the Facets platform throughout the organization.

• Establish and uphold solution architecture, technical standards, and industry best practices.

• Design and manage system integrations between Facets and external technologies, including ETLs, APIs, and other enterprise systems.

• Offer expertise on Facets data structures, infrastructure, and system compatibility.

• Create and support environmental strategies, including the setup and data movement among various environments.

• Convert intricate business and regulatory requirements into scalable and compliant system solutions.

• Work collaboratively with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure cohesive alignment across all workstreams.

• Identify and address architectural risks, ensuring the system's performance, scalability, and stability.

• Assist in data migration and system transformation initiatives as part of the Facets implementation.

• Keep documentation updated regarding architecture, integrations, and system configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of direct experience with the Facets platform.

• At least 3 years of experience with CMS work products, specifically Medicare Advantage (MA) or Medicaid.

• Comprehensive understanding of Facets environments, including their setup and data movement across environments.

• Experience with Facets version 25.1 or later.

• Thorough knowledge of Facets data infrastructure, architecture, and system compatibility.

• Proven track record in designing and executing integrations with third-party technologies, such as ETLs and APIs.

• Strong grasp of healthcare payer operations and claims processing workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading and influencing stakeholders at every level.
