This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Management of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Establish new Facebook ad accounts from the ground up, which includes configuring Business Manager, installing pixels, verifying domains, and setting up Conversions API
• Resolve issues related to ad accounts such as disabled accounts, restricted assets, billing complications, attribution/tracking errors, and pixel firing problems
• Oversee the daily operations of active ad accounts: building campaigns, targeting audiences, testing creative content, pacing budgets, and optimizing performance
• Enhance successful campaigns through systematic budget increases, audience expansion, CBO/ABO testing, and creative iterations
• Track creative performance and proactively recommend when new creatives will be necessary (based on indicators of fatigue like rising CPMs, declining CTR, frequency thresholds, and CPA drift) to ensure production aligns with performance needs
• Setup and integrate GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Create new GHL sub-accounts: including pipelines, calendars, custom fields, tags, and user permissions
• Connect Facebook ad accounts to GHL, ensuring lead form integrations, conversion tracking, and accurate attribution flow
• Design and troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations (lead routing, SMS/email follow-up sequences, appointment booking flows, and pipeline stage triggers)
• Identify and rectify issues with broken automations, missed triggers, and data synchronization between CRM and ads
• Demonstrated experience in managing Facebook ad accounts (please provide past results or case studies)
• Direct experience in running both local service ads (lead generation for service-oriented businesses) and ecommerce ads (product sales, ROAS-driven campaigns)
• Practical experience with GoHighLevel — including setup, workflow development, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with the Facebook to GHL integration stack (lead forms, webhooks, Zapier/native connectors)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently across multiple client accounts
