This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Create and implement comprehensive Facebook Ads strategies for a varied portfolio of US clients, encompassing initial research and audience targeting to full-funnel campaign execution.
• Execute a high-velocity, systematic testing roadmap across creative content, copy, and landing pages to continually enhance performance and discover new growth avenues.
• Move beyond basic reporting; analyze campaign performance, pinpoint key insights, and convey results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Assume responsibility for client advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation, precise forecasting, and delivering a robust return on investment (ROAS).
• Act as a primary contact for your accounts, expertly guiding internal and external stakeholders, comprehending clients' business objectives, and fostering trust through outstanding results and communication.
• Oversee campaigns tailored for various objectives—from lead generation and engagement to direct sales—and guarantee that the tracking infrastructure (Pixels, GA4) is impeccable.
• Serve as our in-house authority on paid social, keeping the team and clients updated on the latest trends, platform changes, and strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Assess and enhance paid marketing initiatives using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
• Operate independently using the company’s project management tool to track tasks, adhere to deadlines, and ensure a seamless workflow.
• Interact with clients via the company dashboard, respond to their content-related inquiries, and integrate feedback.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience managing performance-driven Facebook Ads campaigns, with a proven history of generating leads and sales.
• Candidates must possess strong conversational English and exceptional written communication skills.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Multi-Industry & Budget Management Expertise: Demonstrated capability to handle multiple client accounts across various industries while effectively managing substantial marketing budgets.
• Advanced Technical Skills: Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting Facebook Pixel, conversion events, and utilizing Google Analytics for attribution and analysis.
• Exceptional Time Management & Organizational Skills: A strong drive to manage projects, meet deadlines, and handle a high volume of tasks with accuracy and independence.
• Significant Plus (Bonus Points): Over 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• More than 1 year of experience working in an agency environment.
• Work remotely from any location within Latin America.
