Facebook Ad Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and oversee Facebook advertising campaigns aimed at various goals such as brand awareness, traffic generation, conversions, and lead acquisition.

• Conduct comprehensive audience analysis and segmentation to effectively reach pertinent demographics.

• Create engaging ad creatives and persuasive copy in partnership with content and design teams.

• Track campaign performance indicators and metrics; analyze data to enhance campaigns for improved outcomes.

• Manage budgets and bidding techniques to optimize cost-effectiveness and ad performance.

• Execute A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, and target audiences to pinpoint the most effective strategies.

• Keep abreast of updates to the Facebook Ads platform, policies, and industry trends.

• Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and insights for stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align Facebook advertising with broader marketing initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns with a proven history of successful outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and associated tools.

• Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust campaigns as necessary.

• Capability to produce captivating ad copy and work collaboratively with design teams.

• Exceptional communication and project management skills.

• Current knowledge of Facebook advertising policies and best practices.

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization methods.

• Skill in managing budgets and achieving campaign objectives effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
