This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a representative for the hard services team, ensuring effective site support for all engineering needs within the workplace setting.
• Guarantee that Specialist Vendor service visits are conducted efficiently, with the quality of work assessed and recommendations relayed to the Workplace Management Account Manager.
• Execute PPM tasks while adhering to compliance guidelines, statutory acts, and regulations to uphold safe and healthy workplace environments.
• Precisely document all completed work orders, including accurate recording of critical spares/stock items utilized, leveraging the Corrigo platform for smooth workplace operations.
• Provide outstanding customer-centered service to support workplace occupants and engage in additional training as required.
• Prepare weekly reports that highlight significant events or activities, ensuring effective communication with the JLL Workplace Management team and Account Manager.
• Actively engage in Health and Safety compliance initiatives, including Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and regular Toolbox Talks to sustain workplace safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to JLL MEP processes and procedures for all work orders, maintaining appropriate risk management documentation (MOP, SOP, or EOP) for critical tasks.
• Coordinate with the Workplace Management account manager when ordering M&E components for remedial or corrective actions.
• Assume responsibility for designated areas (including plant rooms) under JLL oversight, ensuring they comply with and uphold necessary workplace standards.
• Effectively complete Corrigo Work Orders within SLA guidelines to reduce workplace disruptions.
• In-depth knowledge of all trades with relevant experience in workplace environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with workplace occupants at all levels.
• A proactive demeanor aimed at achieving the highest operational standards in workplace management.
• Strong IT capabilities and skills in report writing.
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining composure, clarity of thought, and delivering required services within time constraints.
• Overtime pay at x1.5 on weekdays and x2 on weekends, along with a day off in lieu for bank holidays.
• Standby compensation of £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays.
• 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rated for shift workers).
