This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the operational liaison for JuneShine Brands with designated contract manufacturing partners.
• Cultivate relationships with production, quality, and plant leadership while assisting with daily manufacturing activities.
• Traverse production floors across bottling, canning, shot-bottle, and Snap Pack lines to oversee execution, identify risks, and facilitate launches, scale-ups, and enhancements.
• Confirm production readiness by conducting inventory spot checks, reviewing production documentation, and ensuring ERP accuracy.
• Manage production work orders, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing records using Ekos.
• Examine operational and quality challenges and devise practical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and manufacturing partners.
• Facilitate communication between manufacturing partners and the Supply Chain, Quality, Innovation, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance manufacturing performance, communication, and partner execution.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the beverage, food, CPG, or manufacturing sectors, specifically in contract manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with ERP or production management systems, with preference given to Ekos experience.
• Experience in managing work orders, inventory transactions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management, including their effects on cost, quality, and supply.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% or more, especially during launches and significant initiatives.
• Experience in THC, hemp-derived, cannabis, alcoholic beverage, or other regulated beverage manufacturing is advantageous.
• Experience in bottling, canning, shot bottles, or multipack/Snap Pack assembly is a plus.
• Background in supporting product launches, scale-ups, or continuous improvement is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KPI tracking, or root cause problem solving is an asset.
