Exposure Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual and text-based coaching to patients and their families both individually and in small group settings.

• Engage in thorough training focused on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize measurement-based tools to enhance coaching sessions.

• Work collaboratively with therapists, psychiatrists, and other members of the care team.

• Offer constructive feedback on coaching curricula and training protocols.

• Provide insights regarding the use of technology in coaching.

• Stay informed about risk management considerations.

• Complete documentation promptly and comprehensively.

• Participate in initial and ongoing training related to evidence-based and technology-enhanced coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Experience working with children and adolescents.

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Comfort with and willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Ability to adapt and work flexibly, both independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Cultural competence and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires trust and confidence.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 7 PM CST.
