Export Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute shipments between North America and designated partners in assigned regions.

• Provide backup support for export processors and logistics staff as necessary.

• Assist in monitoring, managing, and communicating regarding shipments/errors (P44) and date management.

• Ensure accuracy in IMOs.

• Create and manage essential documentation to facilitate global shipping and customs clearance.

• Track and manage spreadsheets to identify delays and issues.

• Collaborate with Ashland's planning, manufacturing, and commercial teams to resolve problems and meet business needs.

• Work in partnership with forwarders, brokers, carriers, warehouses, and other service providers to fulfill the requirements of international clients.

• Serve as a source of guidance and information for overseas colleagues seeking to navigate the shipping landscape and resolve specific challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and TMS platforms.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Practical experience using SAP in a global enterprise setting.

• Previous experience in the chemical industry is highly preferred.
