This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Incorporate security considerations related to exports into program planning, technical decision-making, and operational execution for sensitive capabilities.
• Facilitate intricate release and protection activities among senior Government officials, security personnel, engineering teams, acquisition experts, disclosure agents, and international stakeholders.
• Synchronize export planning with program-protection objectives, develop executive-level briefings, monitor interdependent actions, and assist decision-makers in comprehending the operational impacts of proposed release strategies.
• Link policy requirements with technical and program realities.
• Ensure that sanctioned international activities are planned in a coherent manner, sensitive technologies remain safeguarded, and export-related decisions are consistently executed across all participating organizations.
• Integrate export-security requirements into program plans, technical reviews, schedules, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate complex export actions among senior Government officials, acquisition personnel, engineering teams, disclosure agents, security experts, and international stakeholders.
• Evaluate proposed release strategies for their impact on sensitive technologies, program protection measures, and operational execution.
• Prepare senior-level briefings, decision papers, action trackers, and status reports addressing export integration issues.
• Align approved release decisions with implementation plans, technical baselines, documentation, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Oversee dependencies and resolve coordination challenges that could hinder or jeopardize authorized international activities.
• Develop integration procedures and communication materials that advocate for consistent execution of export-related decisions.
• Advise leadership on risks, tradeoffs, and protective measures associated with planning for the release of sensitive technologies.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field and 10 years of directly pertinent experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus 14 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Proven knowledge of Air Staff/OSD organizations and their processes.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing flag-officer level briefings and engaging with senior-level personnel.
• In-depth understanding of Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable (LO/CLO) aircraft programs and systems.
• Experience must encompass support to Special Access Programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information environments.
• Proven ability to effectively coordinate across Government, contractor, and external stakeholders; prepare briefings, reports, standard operating procedures, and official correspondence; and lead a team in fast-paced classified environments.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; must be capable of meeting any applicable Special Access Program eligibility requirements specified by the Government.
