This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Provide outstanding support by swiftly resolving inquiries from experts with precision, compassion, and efficiency.
• Inform experts about the platform's features, empowering them to engage confidently and enhance their experience.
• Interact with both internal and external partners, representing over 600 brands on the platform.
• Communicate professionally and helpfully across phone, chat, and email channels.
• Collect, document, and disseminate expert feedback to enhance products and services.
• Actively seek opportunities to optimize and automate manual processes using AI technologies.
• Champion the expert experience within the organization, advocating for their needs to cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and enhance support tools and resources to improve workflow efficiency.
• Foster a culture of ongoing learning and development within the support team.
• A Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
• Preferred 2-3 years of experience in customer service/support.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or comparable support ticketing systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Capability to multitask, remain organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
