This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Send confirmations and reminders for appointments to clients.

• Engage with clients in a professional manner via phone and email.

• Keep client files, records, and legal documents organized.

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and team members.

• Manage client notifications, notices, and follow-up communications.

• Track ongoing client matters and adhere to established follow-up protocols.

• Ensure the confidentiality of client and firm information at all times.

• Arrange client consultations, appointments, and meetings.

• Oversee and maintain calendars for attorneys and the legal team.

• Update and manage data within the firm's CRM system.

• Guarantee precise recordkeeping and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Assist with general office coordination and workflow management.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a related legal support role, or a Bachelor's degree in legal studies.

• Preferably experienced in a client service environment.

• Strong capability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

• Comfortable dealing with confidential information and sensitive client matters.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and procedures.

• Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities.

• Proficient in maintaining organized records and documentation.

• Experienced in scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations.

• Comfortable using case management and CRM systems.
