This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Consistently provide the highest standard of customer service experience.
• Oversee customer accounts and offer technical assistance.
• Perform data entry for applications.
• Address online chat inquiries as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to established procedures and policies.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to evolving projects and updates.
• Manage time and tasks effectively, including multitasking and prioritizing assignments.
• Undergo extensive self-study, training, and testing; progression through training and certifications is contingent upon passing necessary exams.
• Follow regulated guidelines for communications across all channels.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete a background check and drug test within 3 days.
• Maintain a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
• A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period.
• Must commit to full attendance for the paid 3-week Training period.
• Requirement of a minimum internet speed of 100 mb/s with an ethernet cable or fiber broadband internet, using a hard-wired ethernet connection.
• Not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellite connections.
• Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders (for example, T-Mobile is not compatible with our internal systems).
