Expert Solutions Consultant – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary subject matter expert in mobile and messaging, providing support to the field during active sales cycles, encompassing discovery, proof of value education, and technical demonstrations to validate Adobe technology.

• Facilitate and execute technical discovery sessions, executive briefings, product demonstrations, and workshop engagements with a strong focus on mobile engagement, AJO messaging channels, and the creation of conversational experiences.

• Develop and present tailored demo narratives that showcase AJO's mobile messaging capabilities.

• Relate these demonstrations to customer-specific use cases across various industries.

• Collaborate with the wider Solution Consulting team to ensure consistent, high-quality representation of Adobe's mobile and messaging functionalities in all key customer-facing interactions.

• Create and maintain materials that are ready for field use, which include mobile use-case libraries, industry-specific playbooks, and demo preparedness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar technical customer-facing position.

• Extensive practitioner-level knowledge in business messaging, including RCS, WhatsApp Business API, SMS/MMS, mobile push, and in-app messaging, with direct experience in implementing enterprise messaging initiatives.

• Familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) mobile channels and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or the ability to quickly acquire this expertise.

• Proven success in delivering executive-level technical pre-sales engagements, which include discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and solution design discussions within complex enterprise sales processes.

• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities, capable of adjusting messaging for business, technical, and strategic audiences.

• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of engagements, documentation, and deliverable enablement in a dynamic environment.
