This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Management of Google Ads campaigns

• Setup, optimization, and scaling of Google Ads campaigns across the full SaaS product portfolio

• Coverage of key formats: Search (priority), Display, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen

• Oversight of high-budget accounts (several hundred thousand euros per month)

• Ongoing iterations on targeting, bidding, creatives, and landing pages

• Monitoring of critical KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate

• Development and maintenance of performance dashboards

• Implementation and stabilization of advanced tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion tracking)

• Data-driven recommendations to enhance the profitability of ad expenditure

• Progressive handover and collaboration with the CGO on designated projects

• Growth towards full autonomy in managing your campaigns, in partnership with Product and Tech teams


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience working with Google Ads

• Necessary experience managing accounts with at least six-figure monthly budgets

• Agency experience valued (multitasking, versatile profile)

• Ideally experienced in SaaS / subscription / lead generation environments — a focus solely on e-commerce is not suitable for our needs

• Advanced expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube Ads, Demand Gen)

• Highly proficient with Google Ads Editor

• Good understanding of SEO/SEA tools (SEMrush or equivalent)

• Advanced tracking knowledge: GTM, GA4, conversion tracking

• Skills in reporting and performance analysis

• Focus on SaaS metrics: target CPA rather than ROAS

• Strong autonomy and ownership: capable of managing a project from start to finish

• Proactive and meticulous in execution

• Team-oriented with professional integrity

• Comfortable in a high-demand, results-driven environment
