Experimentation Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensuring the maintenance of clear and precise data tables that uphold a high standard for rigorous experimental design and execution.

• Analyzing post-election data to derive insights into the effectiveness of Civic Nation’s programs.

• Cutting and delivering engagement and activation universes for Civic Nation and its partners, adhering to our learning agenda.

• Aiding in the identification and prioritization of sites for turnout programming, with experimental considerations taken into account.

• Contributing to reports and presentations intended for both internal and external audiences.

• Delivering timely analyses of program performance.

• Performing other reasonable and related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in an analyst capacity (including internships) or substantial quantitative coursework, encompassing but not limited to statistics, economics, modeling, regression analysis, or coding.

• Proficiency in SQL is required.

• Familiarity with R or Python, as well as BigQuery, is preferred.

• Experience in geographic data analysis, experimental design, causal inferences, and working with a comprehensive voter file is preferred.
