This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify brands and key decision-makers, develop lead databases through research, and conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
• Establish a follow-up strategy that elicits responses.
• Manage incoming leads and assess their suitability.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations.
• Lead or assist in discovery calls, document insights, and incorporate your learnings.
• Prepare pre-reads and call summaries, maintain organization, and synchronize timelines across clients and internal teams.
• Oversee onboarding processes. Take charge of the transition from prospect to active client.
• Cultivate and sustain your own presence on LinkedIn. Share your learnings, document your thoughts, and engage consistently.
• 0 to 4 years of experience (experience in an agency is a significant advantage).
• A genuine enthusiasm for learning and advancing in a fast-paced agency setting.
• A strong sense of ownership, taking initiative without the need for constant reminders.
• Self-motivated and proactive in progressing work.
• A confident communicator who can engage in discussions, ask questions, and quickly absorb new information.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment with ample learning opportunities.
• Interest or experience in outbound outreach and cold email strategies.
• Basic knowledge of what makes a cold email compelling and engaging.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Experience or interest in database development, research, and structured execution.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a readiness to experiment with new workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks.
