β’ Designing campaigns that enhance a game's creative identity and resonate with audiences worldwide.
β’ Leading the marketing strategy from conception to execution, ensuring prudent budget management and alignment of marketing activities with the game's vision.
β’ Overseeing and managing the marketing budget.
β’ Developing narratives and strategies that build anticipation and ensure long-term significance.
β’ Ensuring that various marketing disciplines work in harmony and that decisions regarding marketing direction are well-coordinated.
β’ Tracking engagement and campaign effectiveness across multiple projects.
β’ Supporting company-wide marketing initiatives and collaborating with our CMO to uphold the integrity of the Raw Fury brand.
β’ Extensive experience in video game brand marketing, including ownership of campaigns across various titles.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ A thorough understanding of how to engage players with games through diverse channels and markets.
β’ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and establish structure when necessary.
β’ A collaborative mindset that prioritizes the game over personal ego.
