Experienced Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Interact with potential participants to evaluate their fit for our professional development programs.

• Utilize established digital tools and systems to facilitate daily operations and meet team goals.

• Provide follow-up communication and guidance to individuals involved in our programs.

• Offer onboarding support and peer assistance to new team members through online meetings.

• Attend live virtual training sessions and team meetings three times a week.

• Work autonomously and effectively manage your schedule while collaborating with a global remote team.

• Exhibit a willingness to receive coaching, engage in professional learning, and pursue continuous development.

• At least 5 years of experience in education, training, or management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-driven and organized with a proactive work ethic.

• Comfortable using online communication and training tools (training will be provided).
