📋 Description

• Deliver precise, consecutive interpretation mainly in medical environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.

• English Proficiency: At least C1 fluency. We accept valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE.

• Medical Interpretation Certification: You must provide documentation of medical interpreter knowledge issued within the past 12 months. Accepted certifications include: ALTA: A minimum score of 9 is required. LanguageStat (PICSI): A passing score of 75–80% is required.

• Core Skills: Complete command of medical and customer service terminology.

• Compliance: Must currently possess, or be willing to acquire, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.

• Background Check: Must be willing to successfully complete a standard background check via email.

• Technical & Workspace Requirements: Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is mandatory (Wi-Fi is prohibited). Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset. Computer Specs: Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM. Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
