Experienced Retail Sales Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Visit convenience stores and gas stations within your designated territory.

• Foster strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers on-site.

• Present promotional offers, negotiate additional orders, and secure merchandising space.

• Ensure that product merchandising aligns with the standards set by the client company.

• Implement planograms and maintain consistently well-stocked shelves.

• Install and uphold on-site promotional materials and displays (POS/POP).

• Oversee vehicle inventory to optimize sales opportunities and ensure exceptional in-store execution.

• Generate daily reports utilizing our mobile application.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or retail is preferred.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to work autonomously and take necessary initiatives to achieve targets.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to build strong customer relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities combined with effective time and priority management.

• Proficient in managing vehicle inventory to ensure the right products are available to seize sales opportunities and maintain quality merchandising.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle.

• Comfortable using mobile applications for daily reporting tasks.

• Capable of lifting and moving product cases and displays as required.

• Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour.

• Stable schedule: 37.5 hours per week, daytime hours, Tuesday to Saturday.

• Car allowance: $1,000 per month.

• Cell phone allowance: $40 per month.

• Retention bonus: $1,500 after completing 12 months of service.
