This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and attract candidates for federal, enterprise, and commercial positions through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and various recruiting channels.
• Recruit for positions ranging from technical and functional to senior-level roles.
• Evaluate resumes and profiles to determine skills, experience, education, clearance, location, compensation, and availability.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, communication abilities, motivations, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.
• Evaluate candidates for cultural fit and professional compatibility, including their collaboration with teams, clients, managers, and stakeholders.
• Create concise candidate summaries that detail why a candidate is well-suited for the role.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including outreach, screening, follow-ups, interview coordination, and status updates.
• Collaborate with BizFirst leadership and recruiting team members to understand client priorities and optimize search strategies.
• Track recruitment activities and candidate statuses within the applicant tracking system.
• Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to candidate submission or offer support.
• Experience in recruiting for federal government, government contractors, enterprise, or commercial clients.
• Familiarity with federal recruiting terminology such as clearance levels, contract support, labor categories, and government client environments is advantageous.
• Capability to recruit for both technical and functional roles, including IT, cybersecurity, software, cloud, data, systems, engineering, finance, operations, program management, acquisition, contracts, HR, business analysis, administrative leadership, and related positions.
• Experience in screening senior-level candidates and engaging with seasoned professionals.
• Strong skills in assessing both technical and cultural fit.
• Ability to thoroughly read job descriptions and translate requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail when reviewing resumes, documenting candidate information, and preparing submission notes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional judgment when representing BizFirst and our clients.
